You have your own private entrance behind fenced, shared backyard. We sanitize everything and want you to love your vacation rental. You can have up to 4 people sleeping in the guest house since the sectional , queen sleeper sofa folds to queen mattress. No parties, respect your neighbors. Great corporate housing, a couple, single or small family. We pay for two street parking passes. You can purchase extra parking passes. High speed 400 mbps WIFI included and cable, HBO & Showtime. Shared backyard with BBQ, 4 chairs with table and umbrella. Backyard is great place to chill & relax or do yoga on the astroturf. Mood lighting for romantic evening nights. Shared Kenmore Elite washer/dryer in garage with new shared Shark vacuum. Small storage space in garage with owners permission. Dog allowed with owners permission and $250 dog fee. Must clean New, BBQ after you use it please. Or there is additional fee. Maids don't clean BBQ

The newly remodeled guest house is a private, one bedroom with brand new mattress and high end luxury bedding, gorgeous bathroom and full kitchen with a private ,entrance. There is a fully functional gourmet , galley kitchen new, stainless steel appliances with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans and eating utensils.
You have a large shared yard to lounge around with table, 4 chairs, umbrella and new BBQ. (Must clean BBQ after each use or there will be extra cleaning fee) Two lounge chairs for yard with new astroturf and yoga ball and yoga mat furnished. This is a great, quiet neighborhood to walk or ride bikes or walk your dog. Street is a one way, residential street. This is not a loud, dorm situation. Corporate housing or a couple. Must be respectful of the neighbors and noise. Free parking passes for street parking only, included. We sanitize with bleach and lysol, furnish hand sanitizer, immaculate guest house.
