Converted into an old farmhouse, and in a quiet environment, the Audierne gîte, capacity 4 people, 40m², is located in Kerjean, near the Pointe de Trévignon. It comprises: On the ground floor: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob. NO WASHING MACHINE). Upstairs: a landing with a wardrobe, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room with shower and toilet. Outside: a private garden with garden furniture, armchairs, and a storage box. There is also a shared garden with children's play equipment (under parental supervision) and a shed for storing bicycles. NO BARBECUE DUE TO DROUGHT. You also have a private parking space. 500m away, opposite the Saint-Philibert Chapel, there is a bakery (plus pastry shop, bar, and supermarket), a restaurant, and a sports field. Beaches are 500m away, accessible via footpaths from the cottage. The GR34 hiking trail is 500m away. The Glénan Islands can be reached from Pointe de Trévignon 2km away. Pont-Aven (City of Painters) is 9km away, and Concarneau is 12km away. There is a laundromat in Névez 4km away (as there is no washing machine in the cottage). The Intermarché supermarket in Névez is open Sunday mornings. This is a non-smoking cottage. Sheets and towels are not provided. Pets are not allowed. Use of the premises: The tenant is required to maintain the sanitary facilities, electrical installations, appliances, and heating in perfect condition. A property inspection and inventory of the furniture and various equipment will be carried out at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner and the tenant. Tenants are required to do a minimum of cleaning: wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher, and sweep the floor before leaving the property. If the tenant departs before the time stipulated in the contract, the owner will unilaterally conduct the property inspection at the scheduled time. Arrival time: 4:00 PM. Departure time: 11:00 AM.
