Disney, Universal, Sea World, Premium Outlet, Prime Outlet, Florida Mall, International Drive, they are all well within 15 driving minutes distance. Even Orlando International Airport is about 15 minutes away.

For the conventioneers, the Orange Convention Center is adjacent to Vista Cay, so less time to lose on traffic, more time to spend on your business. No more traffic jams to the convention center, theme parks or shopping areas, as you are within minutes from each destination.

Because of the great location that Vista Cay provides, we believe that our condo is ideally suited for the business traveler, who likes to combine business with pleasure, while in Orlando.

As such, we have furnished our business and vacation condo to both business and vacation travelers. The common feature in our condo is Style!

Our condo has 3 stylish furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for 6 - 8 persons. Whether you're in the kitchen, dining area, office or in the living room, it's spacious all around. It's been decorated by ourselves with help from a famous Asian designer.

For your pleasure, we have created a luxurious apartment for you and your family to enjoy. But we have not only focused on luxury, but on comfort as well.
All comfort necessities and more are included in the apartment.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. This condo was very conveniently located near the pool, had plenty of space, and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

The property has the potential to be nice, the cleaning needs a step up, furnishings are a bit dated, microfiber couch needs to go. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and bed linens. But to call it a high end luxury business condo with a futon and micro fiber couch for seating misses the mark. Great spot as it over looks the pool.

Exceptional place & convenient location

This condo was at the perfect location for our stay. We were in town for the National Volleyball Tournament. Doable walk to the Convention Center (maybe 20 minutes), beat battling the short drive & parking. Can see the pool out the condo balcony, walking distance to coffee shop, Walgreens, steakhouse. You can walk to Publix, but if you're picking up groceries I would drive. Communication was great and prompt! Also close driving proximity to Disney Spring shops, Universal and other parks. Would stay here again!

Combo family volleyball trip

2 families down for vball tournament. Excellent location, superb communication with the owner! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels for all areas, kitchen and bath! Home was clean. Upon arrival the condo felt warm to us at 72- we requested it be turned down to 70, they did so remotely and it was wonderful!! Highly recommend staying here! Plenty of space to gather, the volleyball players enjoyed the massage chair as well!

Volleyball Nationals Stay

The condo was great! We only had 4 people in our group. My mother and mother-in-law along with my and 14 year old daughter. My daughter was playing in the nationals tournament. Location was perfect to the convention center. The area was perfect with restaurants and attractions near by though our schedule didn’t allow for much exploring. The pool was fantastic. Our condo didn’t have pool keys but that was a quick remedy with a trip to the club house. Staff during the day could have been friendlier and customer service forward. The condo was well equipped so if we wanted to cook meals in the condo that was an option. Great stay and we will definitely be back!

Some areas that could use improvemen - bedding and pillows were old - shower had mold - towels smelled - tv in master could not get cable No tv in guest room - carpet had stains and long hairs on bath floor - condo could use some updating. Will probably rent another unit next time.

Perfect Stay!

We chose this location/VRBO because of it's proximity to the Convention Center for volleyball Nationals, and are so glad we did! You can't beat the location- it was a 5 minute drive to drop off and then come back to watch our players compete every day. The rental was super spacious with the 3 rooms & 4 beds, and even had a bonus room with a futon and massaging chair! We also chose this unit due to its location right next to the pool- it was super easy to run back and forth for any needs. Our younger children loved it, too. The other great thing was it's walking distance to all of our needs- during our stay we took a short walk (several times to some!) to Chick-fil-A, Walgreens, a cute pizza place and breakfast place in that same strip, Publix, Dunkin Donuts, and another 2 yummy restaurants in that strip. The unit was super clean and in a gated, secure area. Last but not least- Michael (owner) was super helpful and quick in answering any questions we had. We even left a tshirt that one of our girls left behind that he mailed back to us- we were very thankful. We loved everything about it and hope to be back!

Overpriced, under maintained

At first glance the unit was large and appeared to be ok. After further inspection there were a series of problems. The local manager was very helpful but I felt I should not have had to contact them Second and third bedroom were not equipped with TV’s , only an issue when my grandkids came to stay. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, stained carpets, stained living room couch, kitchen range greasy, range filter blocked with grease and not smelling good, a broken living room lamp. Master bathroom shower mouldy, miscellaneous junk under bedroom side tables and living room couch. The day we arrived three of the four under kitchen cabinet lights failed to light as did the over range microwave lights and oven light. $64.00 worth of bulbs, reimbursed by local manager. From arrival the living room TV was intermittent, taking numerous tries and 15 - 20 minutes to turn on and stay on. The local manager arranged for a service call by the cable tv company, no change, second tv tech the next day changed the cable connections at the street no change, tech said tv was bad. Local manager contacted owner for authorization to buy new TV. After couple of days I requested approval to move TV from Bedroom to Living Room. A couple of weeks later I contacted managers as grandkids were due and I wanted a second working TV, they delivered and installed within couple of days. Next issue was the alarm which sounded at about 10:00 pm one night. The alarm screen wanted a code to shut off. No alarm info was provided with the unit. Calle d dmanager, she didn’t have code, and had to call owner who reported service had been cancelled for months advised unplug alarm screen, backup battery continued alarm sounding for a while then quit. Next issue was the clothes dryer. On first use the start switch was loose, managed to get it to turn on but it never turned off, continued using operating with timer. After a few weeks the start switch again failed, manager contacted appliance service company. Tech removed control panel and found start switch broken and held in place with duct tape, heat and vibration had caused tape to come loose. Tech made temporary fix and Recommend replacing switch. Manager called the next day to advise owner had approved a new dryer which was as delivered in installed the following week. The most expensive unit in seven years and poorest maintenance and cleanliness.

We stayed here March 2019. We’ve stayed in Vista Cay many times but our first time in this condo. It was nicely decorated. Clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds which is huge plus as usually it’s the opposite. Good location to the pool/arcade. Great location for Universal and SeaWorld. Lots of food options just down the road. Disney is a bit further but still within 15-20 mins depending on traffic. Plenty of towels none specific for the pool but that was fine. Also 10% discount for NYPD Pizza which is just up the road. We LOVE eating there when at Vista Cay. A few cons though: no TV’s in bedrooms 2 and 3. Huge disappointment for my kids (teens). Also some of the pictures of the resort are old. One shows a basketball court which is no longer there. My Son was also disappointed about that. We purchased a basketball once we arrived in Orlando specifically for that. Not much seating in the living room other than the small sectional. Also no trash bags other than one in can. Not sure how that was going to hold 6 days of garbage for 6 people, no paper towels and also they ask you to start laundry but no soap. Which is fine if you had already planned on doing laundry there. The previous condo we stayed in (many times) at least provided more than one trash bag and paper towels. For the cost of these rentals these items should be provided in my opinion. Overall even with these our stay was still great but I would likely stay in another rental/building but same resort.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great as it is close to the airport and theme parks. The pool area is close and very nice, and there is even a pool bar! Michael was very responsive and good to work with. He allowed us an hour later check out due to our flight delay which was very nice. Some negatives to call out- there was only one roll of toilet paper when we checked in, same for paper towels and only one garbage bag. We had to go to Publix to buy paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee filters and laundry detergent. Since it is asked that we start a load of towels upon departure, it would be nice if detergent was provided. If the property supplied these essentials that would have made the stay more convenient. Also- the elevators smelled VERY strong of food each and every time we were on it. It got a bit nauseating and we couldn't understand why the odor never left. Outside of our room there also was a very strong food smell every day and my kids had to plug their noses every time they left our room.

We stayed for 9 nights, couldn't have asked for more from this property. The pool is beautiful, and the grounds are well kept. Parking was ample, and the complex is very conveniently located. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely rent here again.

Great Value and Lots of Space

This was our 3rd year at Vista Cay and 2nd year at this condo. It has tons of space for a large family or 2 small families to share. It is very close to any Orlando attraction and a big plus for us - it is walking distance to the Convention Center. This building is right beside the pool and clubhouse. Our only slight criticism is that the AC is locked at 73. Although it was fairly comfortable as long as we ran fans, it would be nice to be able to turn it down to 71 as we could last year. We knew other people who also stayed at Vista Cay this year and they were able to adjust their temp below 73. Other than that, it is a great place and we plan to stay here every year that we come to Orlando for volleyball nationals.

It was great. Nice location; well kept condo; spacious with almost all we needed.

Condo was beautiful and nice updates and space. Could have had a bit more paper products (tissue, toilet paper, laundry detergent) but most everything needed was there. Never saw a property manager or anyone to take our cleaning deposit. Checked in at the clubhouse but they did not handle that for our particular property management company. Overall extremely satisfied and happy with our visit.....thank you!
