Christmas getaway

This house is completely stocked in the kitchen and throughout the house. There are plenty of chairs, beds, blankets, pots and pans, utensils etc. Jay was a wonderful host, he even supplied us a Christmas tree and other decorations to make it festive. It was a great house for our family (19 - 82). Lots of stairs but the first floor had everything for our elderly parents with plenty of room for all 11 of us to gather. Would definitely recommend this house to other large groups looking to stay in Asheville. Great location too. Thanks again Jay!

Amazing Host and Property!

The house was perfect for our family of 18 during Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful property and I can’t say enough about Jay as a host! He was always available and even came over within 10 minutes when we couldn’t find the pack and play we requested (which was in one of the closets). He set up an extra bed downstairs for one of the teenagers. We especially enjoyed the hot tub upstairs on the cool evenings! . We were close to everything (Biltmore, groceries, downtown) and would definitely stay there again!!

What a great time!

We were a group of 13 guys from our mid 30's-40's and went down for a "Beer-centric" weekend. The house was well kept and at the end of newly developed road. Although a bit pricy, it was well worth it and we didn't pack the house to capacity. It had all of the amenities you could imagine and the management was helpful during our check-in/out process. We would absolutely rent this house again and rent from these owners.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is how it feels both private yet so incredibly central. It blends peaceful views of the river and mountains, and still has an air of our small city life. You can wake up and walk or bike along the Greenway, and be at breweries, galleries, and great food within minutes. It’s peaceful and scenic, yet also convenient—perfect for enjoying Asheville’s outdoor lifestyle while staying close to everything the city has to offer.
