What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is how it feels both private yet so incredibly central. It blends peaceful views of the river and mountains, and still has an air of our small city life. You can wake up and walk or bike along the Greenway, and be at breweries, galleries, and great food within minutes. It’s peaceful and scenic, yet also convenient—perfect for enjoying Asheville’s outdoor lifestyle while staying close to everything the city has to offer.
