The holiday home, built in 1952 and renovated in 2011, is rustically furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 63 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and stove in all rooms (wood/coal). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a 10 sqm terrace directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Labin, district of Mali Turini. The holiday house is located on a 1300 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is built of stone. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
