Beautiful 2 Bedroom Home In SLC with Private Hot Tub!

New Private Hot Tub! Relax and enjoy your stay in our recently renovated single family home in beautiful Salt Lake City! Stay in the open concept spacious indoors or relax in the new hot tub while in the private back yard. We are 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 5 miles from the University of Utah! If outdoors is your thing, check out the amazing hiking trails in the summer, all the wonderful parks the area has to offer or head to any of the 5 world class ski resorts all within 30 miles of your stay!

*ATTENTION*
By booking this property guests must agree to abide by all Hot Tub Rules. If guests do not follow rules, you may be asked to leave without refund or have your booking canceled.
Hot Tub Hours of use: 7:00am to 11:00pm
To open: unclip front and back clips. Broken clips result in fee
- Please shower before using to rinse any oils, sunscreens, makeup off.
- No more than 5 people at any given time.
- Nobody under the age of 16 may use the hot tub without adult supervision.
- No glass in or around the hot tub at any time.
- No smoking in or around the hot tub anytime.
- Please no food in the hot tub.
- Swimsuits must be worn at all times.
- Test water before getting in to prevent burns to sensitive skin. Hot tub cannot go
above 104 degrees.
- Please no loose jewelry, to avoid loss.
- No adding of any chemicals, aromas, or other liquids into the hot tub at any time.
- Be careful getting in and out of hot tub on slippery surfaces.
- No Jumping or Diving into hot tub.
- No sexual or lewd acts in hot tub.
- Hot Tub must be closed, and clips secured after each use to prevent accidents or
damage. If clips are not unhooked while opening, they will break and there will be $25
charge to guest for damage.
- Use provided multi color hot tub towels in hallway, not bathroom towels.
- Do not Pee in the hot tub.
- No loud music, and please be mindful of neighbors.

*For safety of guests and property, we do have an external Ring Camera on the Front Corner of home viewing driveway area*

If you smoke or vape, please do it away from the home. Also if smoking clean up all cigarette butts
If you're during ski season, please put all boots on rubber matts inside home. Please leave skis/snowboards outside back door in storage shed or car
We have an external Ring Camera on the front Left Corner of the home viewing the driveway. This is for property and guest safety.

Close to St Marks and very clean

The property is as the pics show, it’s a quiet neighborhood and roughly a block from St Marks which is exactly what we needed for my friends surgery. Loved the stay, we were scheduled for 3 nights but had an unforeseen event and left 1 day early. All nights we were there were peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from Home

The duplex is a modern and comfortable as pictures convey. Everything is available and location easy for shopping, dinners out or a day in the mountains. Jeramy was always available for any questions (though I had none; all info easily available) and it was delightful to return home to the cozy, beautiful quarters at the end of each day. I look forward to future stays!

Fantastic experience

Visited SLC for a ski trip and the location is perfect to travel to both canyons. The unit is immaculate, newly renovated, and tastefully furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only feedback I'd say is the listing says sleeps 5, but there's only 2 beds. The couch doesn't comfortably fit an adult for sleeping but perhaps a kid could sleep there. Definitely would book again for another ski trip.

Truth in advertising

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. The house was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and updated. We had a little hiccup one night when the keypad malfunctioned. Property owner Jeramy responded immediately and resolved our issue. We come to SLC frequently and it is our hope this home is available when we do.

Best VRBO of all time (no seriously)!

We rented this property for a long ski vacation / work remote and found it to be well above expectations. Freshly remodeled with absolutely everything stocked for cooking and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and place was very quiet. Hosts were great and communicative. Could not ask for a better experience. WiFi was also good enough for 4 adults to work remotely. After a week we felt so settled in it was like leaving our house. Thanks Jeramy for being a great host!

If we aren't camping we are typically out and about on the town grabbing a drink or trying the wonderful culinary options Salt Lake City has to offer or catching a show!

Why they chose this property

We love the area that our Vrbo is in! We use to live in the duplex and we love the neighborhood so much, we bought a home just around the corner! It is a quiet neighborhood that is wonderful to take walks in, but is also so conveniently placed in the valley that it is easy to get anywhere you want quickly in the Salt Lake Valley or to the airport and ski resorts.

What makes this property unique

Our hot tub that we had installed and the recently renovated top to bottom living space really makes this place comfy and cozy all year round.
