Short Walk to White Sandy Beaches!

Sandy, Salty, Happy: The perfect family vacation to the beach your kids will remember for a lifetime, a girls' get-a-way or a guy's golf and fishing trip.
Beachwood Villas is located across the street from public beach access, our condo is about 1,300 feet from toes in the sand! (approx. 5-minute walk)! Steps to 2 community pools, tennis, shuffleboard & corn hole. Local shops and restaurants are found along miles of pedestrian-friendly walkways stretching from Seaside to Rosemary Beach & beyond!

Our focus for you is Cleanliness and Comfort! A deep clean is completed in preparation for every guest's stay including laundering all sheets, blankets and quilts. Bath towels are provided along with a drying rack to set on the balcony for after your days at the beach.

A day of play along 30A is bound to work up the appetite and if feel like a relaxing meal in, you'll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen: modern appliances including dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, as well as all the pots, pans and silverware you'll need. And yes — there's a Keurig for that morning cuppa joe to get the morning off to a head start!

Coming with a crowd? We've got you. Our top/3rd-floor condo sleeps 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, with two bathrooms. (No elevator in the building)

The Master bedroom boasts a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, TV and shares the 2nd full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom featuring two sets of twin bunk beds and its own TV and DVD player for the kids.

Free Wi-Fi and games will round out the evening as you enjoy the beach décor and private, outdoor balcony.

On the off-chance some of your party still has energy to burn, then hit the courts for a few sets or pool for one last dip. Dripping wet bathing suits can go straight in the washer/dryer ready for the next day's action. Didn't have room for all your rackets or beach toys, enjoy complimentary use of some of our toys and equipment (as it holds up!)

We decided to take a last-minute trip to the beach for a few days, and this condo was GREAT!! It's clean, recently updated, the property has great amenities and it's right across the street from the beach. We took our bikes and rode into Seaside every day. We would stay here again.

This condo is conveniently near one of the public beach access points. It is a well maintained property with responsive, pleasant owners. The pools and extras like boogie boards and umbrella were also a great addition for our family.

In such a great location!

We loved how close the property was to everything, we walked to pretty much everywhere! This was all of our first time in the area and it was a perfect little place for a trip with the girls. The property managers were great - thorough, kind, and attentive! Next time I plan a trip there I would love to come back and stay.

We had a great stay at this property. It is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the towels/ linens are nice. Enjoyed the large patio! Only thing to consider if you have more than a couple of people staying here, the living area furniture is minimal. We would definitely recommend this property.

Memorable vacation with grandparents

Our family had an amazing stay at Sandy salty happy. It was a great set up for us to enjoy a vacation with grandparents. The kitchen was very well supplied with many nice touches, including mixing bowls and nice platters. We also really enjoyed having a washer and dryer inside the unit. Wonderful hosts

The hosts are wonderful! Clean and nice! Just make sure you know that there isn’t an elevator and you have to go up three flights of stairs with your luggage. I think this is important info if you are elderly or have trouble getting up and down stairs.

High school senior spring break!

We loved our stay!! We walked across the street to the public beach everyday, the girls rented bikes for the week and rode to Seaside everyday too! Perfect location. We saw whales, dolphins and amazing sunsets! So many great places to eat . The condo was perfect! Quiet, clean, safe, the kitchen was great for staying in. Publix grocery just down the road was a treat too. Laundry came in handy. Coffee on the deck each morning was pleasant. The pools were fun! Loved that there was beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. It made for such a memorable senior spring break! Thank you!

Great getaway, perfect location

This was a perfect location for our family, my husband and I, four kids and grandma. The beach, ice cream/shaved ice and a few restaurants made alot of our vacation walkable. We even walked to Seaside for the day. Bike rental is right next door and we were able to bike to Grayton Beach State Park. The association did have some trouble keeping the heated pool usable. My family really enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffleboard as well. Michael and Krizia did a nice job of supplying things you would need.....beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles and sand toys. Thanks for helping my family make memories.

Perfect end to the summer!

We loved the condo! It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc! Our kids loved having the bunk room to themselves. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. The location is ideal - so close to Butterfly bike rentals and Tom Thumb. We would stay here again for sure.

Fun in the Sun

Our young family (3 kids under 6), my sister, and mother all stayed and were comfortable at Krizia’s place. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. She provided beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards, beach towels, and umbrella which was very handy. The kids used the boogie boards every day. The public beach access is about a 5 minute walk and it is helpful to know that you have to walk about 200 ft once getting to the beach to access additional public beach as the access point public beach is not very wide. We ended up renting umbrella and chairs for the week from the guys at the beach to make it easier for us and not have to go early to claim a spot as this was a busy time to go. That made it great and not stressful for us! We also rented bikes from Butterfly Bike and Kayak which dropped off our bikes and we had fun biking to Seaside and the Hub. The condo is in a convenient location to bike path, Tom Thumb, and restaurants, pool, and beach. Krizia was so good at communicating and letting us know before we arrived about a broken beach chair and missing garbage can and was proactive in getting these items to us without us even asking! Thanks for a nice stay!
