Basic But Clean

This unit is attached to the host's house, which is fine except that her dogs are sometimes barking in the room on the other side of the door adjacent to the rental space. The space is clean but I wouldn't call it comfy the couch is very low and the dinette chairs have no padding. Overall the space is in need of some upgrades. No stove but there's a hot plate, toaster oven & microwave which were more than sufficient. The bed is really comfortable but we wouldn't recommend the fold-out couch for sleeping. Plenty of extra bedding, nice private drive and screened-in deck. TV has a great selection of streaming stations. .

1. Our small dogs sometimes bark when guests return and/or packages are delivered. 2. The recently purchased futon couch is one of Raymour & Flannigan most popular models. Other guests have commented that they had “the best night’s sleep ever”. 3. The kitchen is clearly photographed with appliances displayed. No oven is given on the amenity list so should not be expected.

Pleasant Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and contained extra bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, goodie basket (snacks) etc. Enjoyed the fact that it had extended TV options such as Peacock, Paramount, Disney+ and many, many more. Our favorite option was the screened-in porch where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts every morning and (even though the temps were in the 90's, there was a very pleasant breeze) and our dog could be left to enjoy the outdoors without fear. We would definitely stay with Barbara again.
