About this property

Close to Moody Air Force Base

Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is equipped with kitchen, living/dining rooms, breeze way, front porch, washer & dryer, driveway parking for 2 vehicles and a backyard with a sun sail, gas BBQ, Wood or Charcoal BBQ/ fire pit.

This is the perfect place to stay to visit family, friends and local attractions. We are about 1 mile from the entrance of Moody Air Force Base and about 12 miles to local attractions such as Wild Adventures. Dollar General nearby about 1 mile, Walmart nearby also.


We have exterior video monitoring on each corner of our home, as well as on the front porch. This is for the safety of our home and for your protection as well.

Our pet fee is $35 per dog. We have a two dog limit. We cannot accommodate requests for cats.

Thanksgiving

The photos of this house do not do it justice! This is a house made for family visits. Beautifully decorated with practical seating and a well appointed kitchen, enough to accommodate the family at thanksgiving, and the backyard fire pit was the perfect scene for my daughter’s surprise engagement! The host William went out of his way to be accommodating and communicated promptly and professionally to our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience beautiful Valdosta

Convenient to Moody

Location was perfect for going onto base. House was nice, great size, and well-equipped kitchen. Would have been nice to have extra TP and Kleenex in the house. Couple complaints were that the outside patio furniture had large cobwebs on the chairs, so I don't believe it had been cleaned before arrival. And, the owners ask you to start a load of laundry for the towels, strip the beds of linens, run the dishwasher, AND vacuum the house prior to departure. Not happy that I was also charged a cleaning fee.

Great setting, quiet neighborhood

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, lots of utensils and dishes. Really comfortable sectional in the living room for watching tv at night to wind down. The king size bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The back yard was fenced in and a good size for our little fur baby that traveled with us. Really nice patio area with a gas grill that we used on many nights. If you choose to stay here you will really enjoy it

Christmas Stay

We rented this house to have a family Christmas gathering as we were traveling. The home was clean, very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked very good with needed appliances and cooking utensils. The backyard was an added bonus with patio table, fire pit and corn hole. If we are in the area and needed a place for a family gathering I would definitely try and get this home again.
