Summary:

Villa Laurens is a spacious 160 m² townhouse located in Agde, right across from the Château Laurens. It accommodates up to 10 guests and features a large landscaped garden, a private heated pool, a jacuzzi, a furnished terrace, and an independent studio by the pool. A perfect stay between the sea, nature, heritage sites and the lively summer atmosphere.



The Space:

👉 The garden and pool are 100% private, reserved exclusively for guests.

👉 Access requires using an exterior walkway that is not private, located inside the building.

👉 This walkway is secure, not visible from the street, but you must briefly exit the house to reach the pool area.

👉 This configuration may not be suitable for families with small children or guests requiring direct access to the pool. Please contact us before booking if you have any doubts.
