My family, which is spread throughout the country, gathered in this lovely home for the Christmas holiday. Of all the VRBO's we have used through the years this one had by far the most "home" feel of any. Lots of personal touches. Plus, the owner did a great job communicating with us and was extremely accommodating. Very comfortable. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable & family friendly

The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and very pleasant. The home was clean and very spacious. My young adults really enjoyed just sitting in the large basement area. We would definitely stay here again upon a return trip to Colorado!

Very nice, spacious home reasonably close to the airport

The house was nicely equipped and very well laid out. Everything was clean and comfortable. Annette (the owner) was super friendly and easy to work with and answered our questions quickly!

Amazing

We stayed at this property for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Annette was an amazing host. She stayed in contact for anything we needed and shared local events and such that were happening. She made check in and out extremely easy. We will keep this contact so if we come that way again we will stay with her property.

Nice Tip To Denver

This place was just as described in the list. Very clean, nice neighborhood, spacious. It was perfect for our family trip. We traveled to Denver for my son's 16th Birthday and he brought several friends. They stayed downstairs so had their own little space. It is a little bit of a drive from Downtown Denver (20 minutes) but that's all right, there is still plenty of good restaurants nearby. My only recommendation is that there be the typical "handbook" telling you things like check out guidelines, WiFi Password etc... be we got it figured out. Would definitely consider staying thee again if we wee in the area.

Nice Stay Away From the Big City

We visited Denver recently, and chose this place to stay. We were clueless about the area, but we ended up enjoying our stay here and the area. It wasn't too far away from Denver, but far away enough if you don't want to stay in the big city. The kids LOVED playing ping pong and there were beds for 8 people to sleep after everyone was worn out. We put our 9th and 10th on the couch and inflatable mattress. We had some minor things come up, but the propery manager was quick to respond and has since fixed all those issues. The back yard has a BBQ and patio chairs that were great. As for the price, I am clueless on what a good deal is, but we felt safe here. We even saw a fox!
