Seas the Day is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse-style single-family home located in the heart of Marathon. A brand-new swim spa has just been added outsideperfect for unwinding and enjoying the Florida Keys sunshine! (Photos coming soon.)Inside, the home features an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, while the fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The master suite includes a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual vanities. The guest bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: one with a pyramid bunk (twin, full, twin) and the other with a queen bed. The shared guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a laundry area is located in the hallway between bedrooms, and a half bath is available on the main level off the living room. Outdoor Amenities:Beneath the home, you'll find a vibrant outdoor retreat complete with a colorful picnic table, a lobster trap bar table, a high-top table with seating, and plenty of Adirondack chairs. String lights create a welcoming evening ambiance. A propane grill is located near the swim spa for your enjoyment. Parking: Room for 2-3 vehicles (without a trailer). If bringing a boat, park the trailer on the left side of the house (avoiding the mailbox) and fit up to two cars in the driveway. Note: This property does not include dockage. Guests can store their boat on a trailer and launch it daily at nearby public ramps. This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
