This is a unique 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located just steps to the beach (SATURDAY-SATURDAY rental in peak summer season) located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

1135 offers an outside area with two table and chairs, umbrella, and layout loungers to enjoy this AMAZING view. Right next to beach. One home back.

The outdoor chairs make for an amazing space to watch the sun rise and set with a nice drink on those warm Myrtle Beach mornings and cooler evenings. Wake up to a gorgeous day and enjoy breakfast with your family on the nice deck. Continue your day at the beach, pools, putt-putt course and water park. Enjoy all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. We take pride in our homes at Ocean Lakes by keeping them well maintained and clean for your enjoyment. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for next renter. No smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside.

*** All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $10 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.*** If you do not purchase in 14 days in advance, it is $12 per night, per vehicle.

We rent to Families and Responsible Adults Only. Must be 25 years of age or older. We do not rent to house parties. Any violation will result in eviction without refund.
***Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets!!***

2023 Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as advertised, and we have great communication with the property manager. She was always quick with a response. The view and location of this house makes it one of our favorites out of the 14 properties we have rented at Ocean Lakes.

Great Place!

This home was so beautiful and quiet very clean and had everything you need. Just steps from the beach. Everyone around was very friendly and lots to do without even having to leave ocean lakes. There is places to eat things to do and a store. The Lady in charge of everything is very helpful and answers right away if you have any questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Property location was amazing , just steps away from beach ! The house was clean and had lots of space for a family of 3 . Did have a few places where the cleaning wasn't as good at getting the sand up out of the bathroom floor and shower. Other than that it was a great house !

Wonderful!

Had a great time at this home in Ocean Lakes. My favorite part of the house was the location and closeness to the beach and the deck to sit or lounge on. Also we locked ourselves out of the house by accident and Drew was there in less than 15 minutes to let us back in with a spare. I appreciated that so much! Thanks for a great first visit to OL!

Great view from porch, but house needs cleaning

When we checked in, we were very impressed with the view from the porch. However, there was new construction going on next door and the noise lasted most days. Whenever we walked around the home, we found it was quite dirty. There was food left in the pull out couch, hair in the bathroom sinks and shower.

Million dollar view

The deck on 2nd story had a wonder view of the sunrise and throughout the day. One house to beach access was also a plus. I would suggest the rugs in bedroom be replaced with the type of flooring in the living areas. I had great communication with the owner.

Somewhat disappointed

Furniture was dated. Had to call and have drain in bathroom unstopped. Response was immediate. Needed lightbulbs outside for safety issues. Biggest problem was that washing machine did not work. Causing us to have to use the laundromat. We were given a very small compensation in comparison to what we paid to rent the house. The king bed is two half mattresses pushed together making it unlevel and uncomfortable. The view was wonderful.

We stayed at 1135 and loved it. Great location to the beach. The house was nice, had what we needed.

My family and I came from WV to OL for a week. It’s a cute little house with a great view of the beach. We have a family of 5 with a friend tagging a long and this house worked. There wasn’t a lot of roaming room but we weren’t inside a lot. Just to eat and sleep. Any issues we had the rental manager jumped right on them. My daughter locked us out one day and Drew had to drop what she was doing to run over and unlock the house so we could get in. She was great. We would absolutely stay again and depending how big our group is for next year….we might just be renting it again for next summer!!

Great Place!

The house was as expected plus so much more! Amazing views and outdoor seating that let us enjoy every meal with an ocean front view! Plenty of parking, toy storage, and an outdoor shower. Awesome location in the campground and just a few steps from the ocean! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip!
