10 km east of Kemijärvi, lake Kotajärvi 45 m (length 4.3 km, width 600 m), shallow water, sandy bottom, water level varies due to regulation, pier, own boat.
Log cottage, built in 1983, expanded and renovated in 2002. Living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with narrow double bed (width 140 cm), shower room and toilet, hall, open porch.
Lakeside sauna building: steam room, dressing room with iron stove, porch. Sauna has electric light, wood-burning stove and water heater tank. Water must be caarried from the lake or cottage (40 m away).
Dogyard wih doghouse in the yard.

Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-15 - 2027-05-01)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-03-15 - 2027-05-01)
