In the town of La Chapelle de Brain (35), in a wooded village near the Vilaine and on the edge of the forest (paths and many walks) and less than a kilometre from the village with supermarket and multi-services, our bright country house of 60 M2 and its private garden await you for a quiet stay.
The House comprises: On the ground floor, a living room/living room/equipped kitchen of 30 m2 (gas stove, sink, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine), a living room with a television and a sofa (possibly convertible into an extra bed for one person). Upstairs, a large bedroom of 25 M2 with a double bed of 140, and two single beds of 90, a closet, all with a view of the garden, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, storage.
