Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Perfect for two families, Biraban Lakefront is a near new four bedroom, three bathroom absolute waterfront home set across two levels.

Enjoy a luxury holiday with the whole family whether they come on two legs or four!

🌟 Featuring direct lake access with private jetty fitted with a ladder. Perfect for swimming and boating (BYO fenders). Private mooring.

🌟 Sparkling in-ground pool with sun loungers and seating.

🌟 Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, butlers pantry, open plan living and dining, balcony and second lounge room.

🌟 Downstairs there is a self contained apartment with bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette. Entry to the apartment is via external access.

🌟 Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. This can be extended to a maximum of 11 guests with trundle beds for up to 3 children. Please see below for the sleeping arrangements.

🌟 Air conditioned throughout and bedrooms with ceiling fans.

🌟 Linen, bath and pool towels and kitchen essentials are provided.

🌟 Dog friendly. Extra bond required. See house rules for more information.

Guests will not have access to the garage or boat shed, there is plenty of off street parking on the driveway for cars and boats.

**Before you contact us please be aware we have a max occupancy of 8 adults. We do allow up to 11 guests in the house however 3 of the beds are suitable for small children only.**

Guest limits are firm, please do not bring extra guests. Our insurance only covers up to 11 guests which only 8 can be adults.

Sorry we do not accept schoolies, bucks, hens and large groups of adults looking to party.

Guests travelling with pets agree to pay for any extra cleaning or damage caused by their pet. Any damage/extra cleaning will be taken from the deposit after checkout.

Great location and setup

Fantastic setup that perfectly suited my family (4 adults). Location is spectacular - we made regular use of the direct jetty access to tour the lake, and thoroughly enjoyed just relaxing with the magnificent view from the balcony. Only suggestion is to add a floor plan to the site given the setup and access to the downstairs apartment

Amazing Location

We spent a week here and it was amazing. The kids loved fishing and swimming in the pool. It was so nice that we could also bring our dogs with us. Carly was awesome and communication was seamless. We will be back in November. L

Amazing sunrise….Amazing stay.

Stop scrolling through holiday properties and book this beautiful home before you miss out! Communication with the Host is a pleasure to connect with. Questions were answered with happiness. This is one big beautiful home! You won’t want to leave. From a dive off the jetty into crystal clear waters to a bbq on the balcony watching the sunset….You won’t need a thing! And even a dunk in the pool! We definitely will be back! Thank you for sharing your home. Loved it!

Spacious, Great Outliok

Six adults and a three-year-old shared this beautiful house. The rooms were all remarkably spacious (except the downstairs bedroom, still adequate). Facing east the balcony provided beautiful sunrise views but all day long, having direct water access, we had ever-changing scenery. It was very peaceful and quiet. Just a word of advice - ensure you bring your own indoor and outdoor games and toys. And do note the pool isn’t heated in winter. There are dozens of steps from the parking to the house so not ideal for infirm or aged folk. All in all, a lovely house offering peace and quiet.

Wonderful house, highly recommended

What a wonderful stay we had here with our extended family and pet dog for 5 days. The house is newly rebuilt, large and spacious, super modern with every amenity, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The (unheated) pool at the back is a great bonus and gets direct sun all day so we were able to use it in autumn. The kids spent most time at the front wharf....fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, jumping in, snorkelling and just hanging out. Plenty of bath and beach/pool towels were provided. The house has everything you need in terms of equipment, catering facilities etc. If you want to pursue water activities you will need your own fishing gear/kayaks as these are not included, but can be rented easily nearby and delivered to the house. Hosts were friendly, proactive and wonderful to deal with - the morning of our check-in they contacted us to say the house was already available if we wanted to check in early, a really nice touch that extended our day. Also after we left the cleaner found something we lost and they were able to help us retrieve it very easily. HIGHLY recommended place to stay on Lake Macquarie, we will definitely be back.
