Needing a Vacation or Getaway that is waterfront? Look no further. This property is located on the Beautiful Gulf Coast known for its miles of sugar-white sand and emerald green waters. This waterfront property allows for boating, fishing, and a quick drive to the beach.
The property provides many amenities including a lazy river,which circles a large pool, and a kiddie pool. There is an indoor pool, a gym, tennis courts, and a large cooking area with many grills and tables.
This newly renovated condo comes fully furnished with all new furniture throughout. The modern, updated kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and the kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your needs. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a large bathroom and a spacious jetted bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom contains a king bed with a nice attached bathroom. The third bedroom contains a queen bed with an updated attached bathroom. The large living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat, and two comfortable lazy-boy recliners. The large widows and sliding glass doors provide beautiful views of the water. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim and the boats go by.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We loved our condo for the weekend. Everything was clean and cozy with the best views! We loved that we got to take our dog and enjoy a relaxing weekend! The owner was super communicative and everyone on site was very helpful! We will be back!

The property was great. Check in was very easy. Parking passes we thought were a little pricey at $55 each. All and all not bad. This is our second time staying here and will probably do it again. We love this property.

March Getaway

This property is gorgeous! We had two couples as guests at different times for a few days each and they were as impressed as we were. Our previous March getaways were at Phoenix 7 and while we loved being on the beach, and always had 3 bedrooms, never did we have the quality of decorating or cleanliness that we enjoyed this year. Great Condo

This condo was very clean and very comfortable. Each room had it's own bathroom and they are all very spacious. We loved the huge balcony as well! Easy check in and the staff at the condo was super helpful and nice. The lazy river was the fastest lazy river we had been in but we all really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again! For future visitors - our favorite restaurants were Big Fish and Oso.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Very clean & convenient to all attractions near by! Joey was very attentive. One minor issue, the condo did not have any pans , pots only & when cooking it made it a challenge. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

We stayed for 4 amazing days. There were just 4 of us but we had a group of friends staying at other condos there and ours was chosen for dinner night for the groups. It easily accommodated everyone. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had a great time! We really appreciated the quick response from Joey when i had questions prior to our arrival. Chefs kiss weekend!

Spacious condo, great get away

We had a great experience. Our family was in town for the week for a baseball tournament in which we did not know what fields we were to play on. This is a great middle ground for any PG Gulf Shores tourney. The condo was clean, well stocked, and convenient. The pool was a added bonus as well as access to the dock. Easy access from the parking deck to the condo. Half our team stayed in the same complex as well.

My family loved this place. This property has good parking and easy access from the garage to the units. The Lazy River was enjoyable, but was smaller than expected based on the descriptions especially considering the small pool. The unit 2309 was great. Everything you would want and more. Everything is modern, the furniture is comfortable, appliances all in good condition. Spacious rooms each with their own full bathroom and spacious closets. The balcony is big and we appreciate the location as it is shaded with a great view of the lazy River and water. There are a lot of options for beaches, dining and other activities. Family of 4 with 2 high schoolers. We vacation often as a family. This was our favorite to date. I would definitely recommend this area and this unit specifically.

Beautiful Vacation Spot!!!

Orange Beach is absolutely beautiful and this property was fantastic. To truly appreciate this review, you must realize that we had several tough breaks along the way. It rained 3 of our 5 days and we had a wreck going to the beach and a second wreck heading home from the beach. When we called to tell the condo owner that we would be late, he was super helpful and assured me that we would get in and have no issues. He was right. The lobby was still open at 10 pm, we got our parking passes and pool passes. The condo was HUGE and had a bathroom in every bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the ice maker in the room made packing our cooler, super easy. Since it rained for 1/2 of the trip, we may have been sad but the lazy river at the condo saved our vacation. We were able to get in the pool and lazy river until 10 pm every night. My kids loved it. They are still talking about it. Each time I reached out to get information from the owner, they were helpful and answered us immediately. The location is awesome, and the amenities were all perfect. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and fit comfortably in this condo. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Orange Beach. We spent lots of time chatting with the neighbors at the pool. They were all really nice. This is a 5-star condo rental!!!

Freshly painted and clean unit !! 100% improvement over the unit we stayed in last year. Not enough towels tho—-had to do laundry constantly. And very disappointed the slide has been removed—4 yr old granddaughter was REALLY looking forward to that !

Lovely condo

The condo itself was very nice, clean and updated. Wish we had known ahead of time that they took the water slide down. That’s one of the main reasons we stay there and the kids were very disappointed. Otherwise great trip!

July Fourth Fun

We rented this hoping to enjoy the beach for some Fourth of July fun but the weather did not cooperate thankfully with all the amenities the kids didn’t even notice. The lazy river was a huge hit
