Terrible

We reserved the house, paid it in full the week before our arrival. I reached out days before for entrance instructions and distracted in Paris, I forgot to check in with them. I reached out to them two days prior to our arrival and they asked me if I wanted to rent the house. I explained I already did like the house and it was paid for. They told me that they did not consent to the rental and the pool was not available and they canceled my reservation the night before I was supposed to arrive.
