This beautiful beach house which has been totally remodeled (new flooring, paint, furniture), is only 6 houses away from the beach in Garden City. Come, park your car in the driveway and start your vacation! Sunrise on Sunset has it's own private heated pool (no extra charge for heating!) and is close to all the action near the Garden City pier and all the restaurants and stores Murrells Inlet has to offer.
* Minimum age for renter is at least 25 years old
* No smoking

*There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for heating the pool. Outside temperature must be at least 50 degrees for the pool heater to be turned on.

Great Retreat

This is a great location with plenty of room For sharing a home with family and friends. I loved that Linens were provided. There was a tv in each of the five bedrooms. We will be back to try the pool and enjoy another stay!

Sunrise on Sunset is a great property. Karl and his team are excellent. I would definitely recommend this property. Steps away from the beach. Watching the sunrise was priceless. Everyone loved the pool! Overall the property was awesome!

Great house!

We love this house! We had 7 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with cook ware. We love that the linens and beach chairs were provided! It is a pretty short and straight walk to the beach. The pool area was amazing and the pool itself was a huge hit with the kids. Plenty of parking room as well. I had to contact the owner about a small pool issue and it was fixed first thing the next morning. We highly recommend this house! We loved it!!

Great Home in Garden City

The home was very clean and fully stocked. The beach access was right across the street. We had an issue with the air and the property owner had it addressed within 10 minutes, which is unheard of! Would definitely recommend the property for other vacationers!

Nice stay at the beach

Had a group of 9 so the place had plenty of room. The pool was great for relaxing day in at the end of the day. Really short walk to the beach. Will stay again I hope.

Great House and Location

The house is a block from the beach with an awesome amount of space for our family reunion! We enjoyed it so much and really had a fun time. The beach is gorgeous and chairs are provided by the host. The pool is a bit small but a great hang out spot. Highly recommend this! The only issue was the grill and dryer (super loud) but the host fixed these right away!
