This property was thoughtfully designed and appointed for a relaxing vacation weekend adjacent to Lake Somerville. The fishing and wildlife viewing opportunities abounded. Overall, a great way to unwind in a beautiful spot.

This house was excellent. The rooms were clean. It had a lot of items for us to use. Seeing the deer in early mornings and late evenings was priceless. The patio on the back side is very small. Burn ban was in effect--no fire. The yard is full of stickers--wear shoes.

This home was definitely one of the best experiences in our Vrbo history! The host, Oro, was phenomenal, understanding and accommodating. Easy check in and out. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. The backyard and lake view are very peaceful. Precious, almost tame deer grazing throughout the day. Absolutely the most comfortable bed I've slept in away from home! This home is worth staying in for the bed alone. Oro has outfitted the place with high-end touches and everything necessary to feel at home. If I'm ever in the area again, this is the only place I'll stay. 10/10.

A wonderful country get away.

We stayed at the property while on a girls trip to Round trip. The property is surrounded by lots of wildlife that was fun to watch. Very clean and accommodating, one of the nicest VRBO’s I’ve stayed at.

Perfect timing for bluebonnets this year. Comfortable house to explore the area for bluebonnets, barbecue, margaritas, and Mexican food.

Yard was not maintained and part of the reason we booked it. Planned to spend most days out in the yard but grass was too tall for little kids. House was beautiful and had everything we needed inside. Not the most kid nor pet friendly. Certain furniture was not kid or pet friendly. No stair rail protection (not kid friendly).

Looking for a great place to relax ?

The home was very clean, kitchen well stocked with all the things to make a complete meal. Fishing on the lake at the home was fun. This is our third time staying at this location . Hope to see you next year.

The house was very well done, relaxing, and comfortable. I was supposed to be hunting this weekend, but instead came to Somerville. A real treat and bonus for me was to just do the deer out the window every morning in the evening. In fact, I want to pretty buck this morning for about 30 minutes. That was really nice for this area of the country. I definitely wanna come back and help. My kind host will allow me to.

The house was very modern and clean. The kitchen had new appliances and was spotless. Dishes, cooking pots and pans were provided. Coffee and tea were provided and had two kinds of coffee makers, Kurig and Mr. Coffee. Beds and pillows were great. It was fun to watch all the deer come up to the yard while we had our coffee in the morning and evenings.
