Very nice and safe place for a family with kids

This is our second time in El Tazal and our first time at Benjamin's property. We really liked this casa. It has all the basic stuff we needed for our stay. It's in a small gated community, and we felt safe there. The neighbors are pleasant and quiet. The owner is friendly and caring. We had our questions answered promptly even on Christmas Eve/Day. The neighborhood-shared pool is right across the street from the house and was well-maintained during our stay there. Costco is within a 7-minute walking distance from the house, and the beach (through the public access trail by the resort) is about 25 25-minute walk. The balcony on the second floor with the lounge chairs and a table set is a very relaxing place, especially in the evening after the beach. The ocean view from the balcony is quite nice! We'll stay again at this house next time we come to Cabo!

Perfectly located and family friendly

This family friendly Casa met all of our needs and exceeded expectations. The location was ideal to shopping beaches and activities. The pool area was clean and located directly across from the Casa. We felt safe and secure with spectacular views from the veranda.
