Semi-detached villa with terrace and enclosed garden, a few minutes from Lake Léon and only 7kms from the ocean beaches.
Nestled in the heart of the Landes, "Évasion Landaise" is a charming holiday home offering the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable stay.
It is the perfect place for a holiday with family, friends, or even for a romantic stay, offering comfort, tranquility and easy access to the natural wonders of the Landes.

New March 2025: Completely redone and non-slip outdoor terrace for better comfort 😁
New June 2025: Implementation of Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation 😉👍
New July 2025: Installation of 2 fans for each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs
New August 2026: Installation of air conditioning in the accommodation
New September 2026: Installation of a dishwasher for the comfort of the tenants

Bed linen and towels are not provided in the accommodation, they are to be brought by you.
On the other hand, there is the possibility of renting sheets and towels via an external service provider, on request.

Option possible at an additional cost: End-of-stay cleaning possible on request
