This comfortable guest 66 square meter three-room apartment is located on the ground floor with orientation to the southwest. The bright living room, with a large window is a dining table, which offers 4 people and set up a comfortable couch corner. Flat-screen TV and radio / CD player are standard. The open kitchen is fully integrated in the living room with oven / stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave pp. equipped. The large the south west facing furnished terrace is from the living room and promises sun all day. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 or 90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet and an infrared cabin. An additional guest toilet is available. The parking (Outside parking space) is located on the property and is the apartment assigned. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

If you appreciate peace in idyllic nature, leisurely walks on and around the Schloonsee are just the thing. After about 5 minutes you will reach the paths that lead to the water.
