Whether you're coming with family or friends, this house will charm you with its privileged location, just 1300 meters from the Présidents Beach and close to many activities and amenities (bakery, supermarket, butcher...).



It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and an outbuilding with a double bed and shower.

The living room, tastefully furnished, will provide you with an ideal relaxation space with a large, comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a TV.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with ease. It has everything you need: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.



Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace and a small, picturesque garden, perfect for moments of togetherness. A garden lounge and a pierrade are available for you to enjoy outdoor meals.



To explore the surroundings and enjoy the fresh air, 5 bikes are provided, ideal for nice rides along the seafront and the region.



You can park your vehicle freely and for free in the street.



LATE ARRIVAL: For any arrival after 8:00 PM, we offer a "late arrival" package (additional fee). To be arranged with our concierge before your arrival.



NOT INCLUDED: End-of-stay cleaning – service offered by the concierge, to be reserved upon arrival (additional fee to be paid).
