This beautiful home is located just minutes away from the best golf courses, restaurants, & breweries in town (ask me for recommendations)!

We can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, making it the perfect house for group getaways, golf outings, reunions, & more!

The house is elegantly decorated and thoughtfully designed with comfortable couches, a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill & patio area, a Smart TV, and plenty of space both inside and outside!

Quick family visit/work getaway

Our stay at the property was wonderful. It provided us a beautiful home to work from while visiting family in the evenings that lived nearby.

Pretty terrible experience.

My family and I travel a good bit and use VRBO almost exclusively. We have been staying in homes all across the eastern United States. This home was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Worst part, we live just 5 miles from this property. During a recent renovation, we needed to be out of our house. We decided to rent a VRBO property because it has always been a great experience. The day before our renovation we checked into the property to find that it was filthy. The walls were disgusting, the floors were worse (stains everywhere), and the house had a rotten smell to it. We discovered the disposal wasn’t working and assumed there was rotting food there (yet another horrendous smell). We then found that there was mold in the master bathroom (the same builder as our property and we had the same issue in our bathroom). I confirmed this with my current contractor. Overall, the absolute worst experience I have ever had regardless of rental company. I am a retired Green Beret, and have lived all of the world. This one is at the bottom of my list. Lastly, Bailey Kramer was completely out of touch when we reached out about the condition of the property. I first tried to be decent and say we no longer needed the property. He responded with “No refunds, thanks for understanding.” I get it. That’s their policy. It was worth asking. But then we followed up with the fact that this place was filthy and received no compassion in the response. A simple “We will reach out to our cleaning service.” Bottom line, I hope they put the money we paid towards improving the condition of this property (paid for 5 days and stayed less than 24 hours due to the condition of the property). I live in Pinehurst and have a lot of pride in this town. This property does not reflect the culture and condition of this town. If you are coming here to experience this beautiful golf town, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great rental!

Excellent rental, extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. Good location, easy drive to area restaurants/shopping. Communication with owner was prompt and courteous.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious, allowing us all to be very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed endless walking trails and met very friendly neighbors.
