Detached house ideally located on the outskirts of the town of Maîche, rented in its entirety.
In the immediate vicinity of the village hall, the municipal swimming pool, the city centre and shops.

You will enjoy a panoramic view of the Chasseral mountain (1,600 m), even more spectacular from our outdoor terraces.
The house, recently renovated and open since July 10, 2020, offers a spacious and bright living area as well as comfortable bedrooms opening onto a balcony.

- Large, very bright living room, opening onto a balcony with stunning views.
- 5 spacious bedrooms with double beds (140 cm). One also has a bunk bed (90 cm).
- Two bedrooms are equipped with a cot.
- A mezzanine bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm).
- 3 bathrooms with shower.
- 4 separate toilets.
- Baby equipment available: changing table, bath, high chair, etc.

- Located on the edge of the forest, the house benefits from a quiet environment while being close to the city centre.
- Terraces equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, swing and slide.
- Balcony on the ground floor with breathtaking views.
- Land adjoining the house, ideal for enjoying the sunny days.
- Possibility to observe the local fauna, often visible around the cottage.

Environment and activities

Many remarkable tourist sites are located a few kilometres away: the Cirque de Consolation, the Rocher du Bourbet, the Roche de Ruan, the Saut du Doubs, the Châtelot Dam, the Ladders of Death or the belvederes of the Doubs basins.

- For outdoor activities, the Combe Saint-Pierre (10 km away, Charquemont) offers tree climbing, downhill kart, mountain biking, ice skating in winter, archery and much more.
