This is a new property built in 2021, with all new features and equipment designed for honeymoon or wedding style. Very clean and looks beautiful. Over one hundred visitors came within this year and they gave 5 stars feedback.

This is a very safe neighborhood and there are security cameras covering the entire perimeter of the rental for extra security.

Large house for big group

This is exactly what we were looking for, it was able to easily handle our group, who was running the Maine Marathon.

Double booked

Property was double booked, spent 3 hours with owner and Vrbo to have to get a hotel on my own, Vrbo policy would not allow us to get another Vrbo booking on same day and had to get multiple hotel rooms instead

Spacious and comfortable

This house is very spacious. There are several places were you can gather with your family to talk or watch tv. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, zero response from manager.

We had 11 staying in a house that touts sleeping up to 15 (which they knew ahead of time). There were 8 bath towels and no kitchen towels. No response to any messages I sent until 11:15 the night before we moved out. I had to go out to buy bath towels, kitchen towels, and a few other things the kitchen was lacking. Target loved me. Even the issue with the smoke alarms beeping didn’t get a response (thankfully we unplugged enough to get them to quit). No grill as stated so the food we brought to grill went back home. We rented for 5 nights for 11 people for a wedding weekend, so of course we planned to eat some meals there. If you want it to be a party house where people don’t actually use the kitchen then you should advertise it as such. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Big house, needs some care though.

We stayed here with a group of 12 people. The house is definitely spacious enough! It did need some attention to detail, like the cleanliness. Unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest place we have stayed at. Several things in the home were not working, I will say that the owner was very responsive to all our complaints while we were there.

Comfortable home away from home

Overall a great place for us to stay in town for a group of friends visiting Portland - we had both floors of the unit, which mirror each other (3BR/1BA on each floor). That allowed us to cook on the first floor and hangout and eat; we had some solid group time on the 2nd floor with the great couches (and massage chair!) and massive TV. Well-appointed space, and heat was able to keep us comfortable on a ridiculously cold weekend this winter (-10 degrees), and the beds were very comfortable too. Owner is responsive and courteous and we felt taken care of. Overall it was perfect for our blend of time in-house and in Portland. Would be glad to return again in the future!

Amazing Time

We stayed for a weekend with about 12 friends for a bachelor party. The house was roomy, spacious, clean and provided us with every amenity we needed. The price is very affordable and we may look to book it again in the future!

Great stay

This place is everything the pictures and description says it is and more. Everything was clean and in working order and had no issues at all. Would stay again and also recommend it to any friends or family. The price was very reasonable. We had other family members that rented other place in the area and none of them were happy with their stays.
