Beachfront condo with amazing penthouse view. Fully furnished and recently remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Enjoy the Gulf Beaches with only a 150 foot walk from the building. Quiet and away from all the crowds. Choose to play on professional tennis or pickleball courts. Weekly or monthly rental. No reason to rent a car with a Trolley running every 20 minutes to the north end of the island. Complimentary coffee, water, beach chairs and beach towels will be provided. SouthBeach

Our month long vacation had some challenges at the resort. The pool did not open until the 3rd week of our stay at EB&TC. The owner was kind enough to give us a gift card as compensation. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in PH2.
