3 Bedroom 2.5 bath located in a great area near parks. Easy access to the freeway. Summerlin is one of the best areas in Las Vegas. Very quiet neighborhood. Large backyard with pool for hot summer days and sauna for chilly winter nights. 2 car garage and extra parking space on driveway. Bunk bed can be replaced with 2 full-size beds if needed.
