Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Nur die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich glaube es wurde nicht vor unserer Ankunft geputzt.

appartement idéalement situé à 50m de la plage, au calme ( séjour en avril très peu d’avions qui décollent ou atterrissent sur l’aérodrome ), commerces à moins de 10min en vélo et 20min à pied . Appartement propre lors de notre arrivée . 2 planchas sur place . 33voiture (5008) qui ne rentre pas dans le garage mais places de parking devant la résidence

Appartement spacieux, dans le calme et la verdure. A côté d'un aérodrome mais pas dérangeant. L'appartemt est bien équipé, bonne litterie, belle terrasse Tout était parfait! Seule petite remarque: wifi très faible

Location bien située, lumineux, grand et bien agencé. Malheureusement l'état de l'appart à notre arrivée était déplorable en terme de propreté, poussiéreux et traces de gras sur les façades des meubles de cuisine, sans parler de l'intérieur des meubles de cuisine. DEPLORABLE la douche était dans un état HORIBLE(preuve à l'appui, j'ai pris des photos que j'ai envoyé à l'agence (Réponse de l'agence" excuse mais n'a rien fait, j'ai gardé le mail) pas moyen de mettre les photos dommage!!

6 Tage in quiberon-spätsommer pur

Die Wohnung und die Lage waren optimal. Die Innenausstattung war perfekt. Das einzige Manko war die sporadisch und z. T.sehr langsamer Internetverbindung. Kann man jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Lästig und ungewöhnlich war dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher in die Agentur gebracht werden mussten und und nicht in der Wohnung bleiben konnten.

Tolle Lage, moderne Wohnung

Gut ausgestattete, moderne Ferienwohnung mit Blick ins Grüne, dahinter das Meer.Die Wohnung ist optimal für 5 bis 6 Erwachsene. Zu Fuß zu einem der vielen Strände ca 2 Minuten. Zum Hafen Port Haliguen ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von den 4 Fahrrädern sind 3 nutzbar, sollten aber mal gewartet werden. Radwege gehen direkt von der Wohnung aus los. Ab und zu startet ein Kleinflugzeug und man sieht Fallschirmspringer. Leider hat das Internet fast die komplette Zeit nicht funktioniert.

Logement très agréable au calme

Appartement en rez de jardin très bien situé sur la presqu’île de Quiberon si vous recherchez la tranquillité. Jardin commun agréable surtout si vous avez des enfants. Le logement est spacieux bien décoré. En revanche certains mobiliers sont en fin de vie... La terrasse est très pratique avec de temps en temps un petit avion qui décolle, ne pas se faire peur non plus ce n'est pas un aéroport... la literie est très confortable. Un très bon weekend passé en famille et grâce aussi à ce logement. Je recommande.

Le propriétaire devrait être plus vigilant sur l'état de son mobilier.

Un seul regret, manque de suivi par le propriétaire sur l'état général de son mobilier ( chaises cassées, hotte HS) De plus sommes restés 3 jours dans le noir dans la salle avec un volet non fonctionnel.

Logement très bien équipé, spacieux, neuf, deco sympa, tout semble avoir été pensé ( vaisselle, jeux de société, livres, vélos, transats...). L accueil de l agence est egalement parfait. Rien à reprocher. Nous reviendrons certainement!
