The lavishly restored Villa Fortuna is located at the applied historical model beach promenade in Bansin. You go from the wonderful gardens on the promenade and the beach. This is the ideal location for beach walks and bike rides along the promenade to Swinemünde. On the spacious terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea while having breakfast. Towel packages, travel cots, and high chairs can be rented for a fee. The tourist tax payable in the imperial baths is payable in cash on arrival.

All year round you can use the on-site sauna free of charge. A physiotherapist comes to desire the house. On the enclosed grounds you can park your car and your bikes for free and safe. The nearest bakery can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Bicycle and beach chair rental is located in the immediate vicinity.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 01:00 to 10:00.
