The apartment has two rooms on 45 sqm. It is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 4 people. In the apartment there are separate living and bedroom, kitchen, shower room, fireplace and terrace. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and electric cooker. The apartment has color TV. This apartment has a wood-burning stove. The apartment in Warnemünde is just across a park from the Baltic Sea and equipped with whirlpool or fireplace and balcony or terrace. In the historic villa in Warnemünde, which was restored in 2005, there are a total of six apartments. The villa is situated on a spacious estate. The Baltic Sea beach you must walk only by the Warnemünde Park. In all six apartments in Warnemünde can sleep up to four people. All apartments in the Villa have a living room with quality fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, living room with sofa bed and TV. There is also in each apartment in Warnemünde, a double bedroom, a bathroom with heated floors and shower and some with a Jacuzzi and fireplace, 1-2 large balconies or terraces. For guests of the apartments also has machines selling garden furniture and sunbeds. Directly at the object there are paid parking spaces of the landlord.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
