Magnificent charming wooden chalet, located 100 m from the beach.<br><br>It has 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and a bathroom with WC, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with a shower room and separate WC. <br>On the mezzanine, a TV area and a sleeping area with double bed. <br>The open-plan kitchen opens onto a large living/dining room and a large terrace of 30 m2, equipped with a summer lounge and a dining area for 10 people.<br>On the ground floor, an outdoor shower and a large room can be used to store bicycles or beach equipment.<br><br>The living space is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
