Enjoy this unique 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bathroom townhome located less than 1 mile to Mount Snow and a short walk to the beautiful Valley Trail for hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.

This home is made for entertaining and relaxing after a day on the slopes- featuring an open concept living/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceilings, a 3 sided wood burning fireplace, kitchen with granite counters and a flat screen tv and ample seating between the farmhouse table (seats 8) and kitchen island bar with bar stools.

Just a few feet from the fireplace you’ll step onto the deck with a new Weber gas grill. Upstairs, enjoy a 2nd story vaulted master bedroom suite and a 3rd story with two well-appointed guest bedrooms and a guest bath. The main floor has a bright, spacious and private family room with two full size, comfortable futons and flat screen TV.
Additionally, the home features an enclosed entry area with cubbies for gear, a large bench for easy boot removal and a private ski locker at the front door.

A door to door shuttle for Kingswood residents to and from Mount Snow (on weekends and holidays) and Olympic size indoor pool, game room and gym are just some of the amenities that set this home apart .

Family Room: Private with locking door, it has two comfortable full size Futons, flat screen TV and is next to first floor full bathroom (artwork updated since photos).

Kitchen: Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space, including seating at the large kitchen island. Just off the island is a large farmhouse dining table for 8 surrounded by windows for a relaxing wooded view of nature.

Living Room: Two cozy couches and large coffee table for games overlook the fireplace, kitchen, flat screen TV and deck.

WiFi/TV: The home has fiber, very stable Wi-Fi access, as well as 3 Roku enabled TV's to stream your favorite programs.

Washer/Dryer available on the third floor

Parking: 2 spaces are available at the home, with additional overflow parking available at the Sportscenter

Great Family Ski Weekend

We had a great long weekend here. The house is well maintained and in a perfect location just down the road from Mt. Snow (3 min drive). Mover pick up and drop off at the end of the driveway. Lots of space for 2 families to enjoy.

House is about a mile away from the slopes. House sleeps 10 people comfortably. House had plenty of towels , blankets and a well a stocked kitchen to make a home cooked meal! Would definitely rent again .

Memorable Holiday Ski/snowboard trip

We had a wonderful stay here for 5 days. The house was very comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Location was a huge plus, very close to Mt Snow and loved that a shuttle to the slopes stopped right in front of the house every 30 minutes. We also had access to the community center including a gym and pool which the kids enjoyed when they needed a break from snowboarding. So reliable and convenient.

Loved the house. Very clean and new. It was me and a friend + or teenage daughters. Loved that there is a main living room and then another one for the kids. Moover van picks you up and takes you back and forth to mountain. A great condo! Host was very nice with good communication.

Wonderful stay!

Had a great stay for NYE with close friends. We took the shuttle to the mountain for skiing, loved the amenities of the place, and it was super easy to communicate with the host and check in/out. Will definitely stay again!
