I come from a large family with 7 siblings and designed the space to feel open and welcoming to large family groups.

DINING & UPSTAIRS
The home is 2750 square feet split between two levels. The up stairs level is open between the kitchen and living room. Dining seating up to 21 splits between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen table is almost 9 feet with 8 chairs + 2 more that can be added. Kitchen counter seats 3. A round table in the living area extends to seat 8. The living room upstairs has two 7 foot sofas plus two individual living room chairs. We will add the leaves to the second table prior to your visit upon request, or they are conveniently located in the closet. Digital piano and gas fire place create a cozy space for family fun.

DOWNSTAIRS
The basement sofa is 10 feet long and two additional chairs and ottomans plus a game table create spaces for family gatherings. Two separate living rooms with big TVs make this an incredibly flexible space for big gatherings. The TVs are both 4K ROKU Smart TVs that also easily stream content from your phone. The upstairs 55 inch TV is on a swivel mount and the 75 inch TV downstairs is fixed. Above ground windows add lots of natural light


KITCHEN
The kitchen has beautiful turquoise ceramic dishes as well as turquoise plasticware for outside use and a pitcher. The pantry has plenty of serving dishes, 3 waffle irons, a pancake griddle, large roasting pan, a bagel toaster and regular toaster. Blender, beater, and a variety of mixing bowls and pots and pans, including a large spaghetti/soup pot are included. The 14 cup Cuisinart coffeemaker is programmable and if needed, laminated instructions are in the cupboard along with an assortment of sugar free hot coca and tea for the non-coffee drinking folks.

FUN
Kids, teens have their own space and adults have their space when needed. 2 pack- in-plays and high chair help parents with infants. The bin of legos and k-nex toys and blocks will keep older children busy and more engaged than screen time. The backyard tree swing is a magnet for everyone.

HOT WATER & LAUNDRY
The brand new tankless water heater gives everyone hot water when they need it and all rooms have mirrors for getting ready and hooks for towels. The laundry room has a full ironing board and iron along with detergent and dryer sheets. Oversized AC keeps the home as cool as you like and the gas fireplace adds coziness in the winter. Just turn the dial counterclockwise to start.
