The townhouse was just what we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. We loved the neighborhood. It was a great place to walk and play.

Great Stay During Basketball Camp

This property was exactly as advertised. My daughter and I were here for the week for UNC basketball camp, and it was only a 10-15 min drive to campus which was perfect. It was a record hot week but the AC kept us cool. Gail was easy to communicate with and even accommodated our early arrival. The home had everything we needed and the shopping plaza nearby was very convenient. Will look to stay here again next summer for camp as well.

Great Place to Stay

Perfect for my husband and me, and my sister and her family. We suprised my Aunt for her 80th Birthday. This townhouse was in her neighborhood. We had a great time. Very nice place.

Nice Townhouse

This was a perfect location for us to stay to visit my mother in law who is 103 and lives near by. We could walk to the grocery store and dining options near by and Carolina meadows assisted living is minutes away.

Great townhouse

Everything was great! Beautiful home 🏠 clean, had most everything we needed. Nice community pool. Walking distance to pool and grocery store. Gorgeous neighborhood and nice walking path. Have been thinking about moving to NC and this place made me want to more!

Lovey Townhome in a Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here with our teenage son for a baseball tournament. The home is very clean and well kept. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver! There is a small fenced-in back yard in addition to a comfortable living room to relax. Nearby there is pond with a walking trail. We enjoyed our short stay. It was much better than a hotel!

We were very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Floors were dirty, blankets were dirty. Overall not great because of its uncleanly state.

First Time Vacation Rental

This was my first time using a vacation rental. We are typically hotel/resort travelers but this time I decided to look for something different and this property did not disappoint! Gail is a wonderful host. The townhouse exceeded our expectations. The drive to visit UNC Chapel Hill & Duke is not bad. Dinner & shopping in Raleigh was easy to find. The neighborhood is QUIET and the property amenities are extremely well kept. I highly recommend this property. *Please update the online photos if possible. Each room is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and the place is spotless.

Amazing place near Fearrington village

The place was so beautiful as well as the location. It was perfect having the grocery store within a 2 minute walk. It was very nice being able to use the pool during the hot summer days. The owner was very easy to be in contact with and was very kind with us allowing us to check in 2 hours early because I forgot when check in was but the majority of us flew in and arrived early. The only hiccup that occurred was the owner messaging me a day early reminding us check out was at noon and clean up crew was to come in 30 minutes but owner messaged me about this and I was able to message her back real quick reminding our stay was for one more night. There was no problems or issues with this. The only thing to be mindful for is I think the stove is still really new and it took longer than we thought to bake our pizzas. But it still worked and was okay. I would 10/10 still recommend this place to anyone who would need a stay. Beautiful contemporary interior, nice neighbors, amazing location from grocery store and pool. Just all around 10/10. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay even tho we were way over max occupancy when mis-listed originally. We all had an amazing time and stay. :)

everything was state of the art. We had a family celebration and enjoyed every minute of our experience. It seemed as if everything was new or if not, in pristine condition. Had a question about using the remote control on the tv, and the owner walked me through fixing it.

Great location

We spent a week at the condo. We did a mix of golf and work. Good central location to Chapel Hill, Durham, Cary, and Raleigh. Not a great setup if more than one person is trying to work (no desks anywhere). Also, needs more dishes and glasses (only a set of 4 dishes). Pots and pans are not great (be careful, the handles get very hot).

Feels like home

Gail is very attentive to detail and extremely responsive! Townhouse is located in a very beautiful and friendly neighborhood located within 15 minutes to UNC Hospital! Grocery store and restaurants in walking distance! I have already rented 2 times and I have 1 more rental booked for May for my daughter in law’s graduation from UNC!!!! I highly recommend!!!!
