In the immediate vicinity are shopping facilities, a supermarket with attached bakery, restaurants and bistros. A bicycle storage room and washing machine and dryer are in the house. A parking space on the property is included in the price.

Modern, comfortable 2-room apartment in 1. OG. (48 sqm) with balcony facing east. The apartment consists of a complete bedroom (with double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, storage space, easy chairs and 1 x cable TV), a living room (with a padded double sofa bed), upholstered armchair, desk, chest of drawers, closet, glass table, cable TV , radio with CD player and telephone (for a fee). All rooms are color coordinated in blue / white / yellow. Further features include an open kitchen with dishwasher, 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Esspressomaschine, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc., as well as the bathroom with shower / WC and hair dryer and various storage options through closets. All cleaning agents are already available. The initial bed linen and towels is included. For allergy sufferers, special blankets available. Please preorder. Furthermore, the price includes: • three bicycles (bicycle storage available), • a parking space on the property • a cot • a highchair • and a playpen. The bikes are a voluntary service of the host, if the bikes are not functional, so a discount is excluded.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
