ABOUT THE DUPLEX

The main living area is located on the second floor and features a cozy conversation spot with two love seats. Open a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from the wine fridge and chat about the day’s best ski runs. Play your favorite tunes on the stereo system, or enjoy a movie on the 50” flat screen TV.

Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and natural wood cabinetry give the kitchen a rustic-chic vibe that will inspire you to craft a hearty feast. For a special treat, pick up local ingredients at the seasonal Saturday Aspen Farmer’s Market. When your masterpiece is ready, gather at the six-person table for an evening of food and laughter.

The master bedroom sits on the upper level. Enjoy sweet dreams in the king-size bed or catch a movie on the 50” flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double-sink vanity and a mosaic-tile walk-in shower.

On the lower level, you’ll find one guest room with a queen-size bed and a 55” flat screen TV and another with a queen bed and a 32” flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer on the lower level. The entryway has benches and hooks for your gear. A half bathroom is located on the second floor, beside the main living area. There is parking for two cars right outside your door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
