Schönes Haus in der Natur mit einigen Mängeln

Sehr schöne Insel, tolle Umgebung. Das Haus wurde mit 2 Badezimmern angeboten, es existiert aber nur 1 Bad mit Dusche in der oberen Etage und eine Toilette im Erdgeschoß. Die Elektroheizung im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nur über die Hauptsicherung schalten. 28 Grad Dauertemperatur und hoher Stromverbrauch. KEIN Internet bzw. W-LAN!!! Sehr ungewöhnlich für 2024 und für uns ein Manko.
