Great condo, great location and well appointed!

We enjoyed spending time at Carmen’s condo, near Mercato. The location was great with easy access to many great restaurants, downtown Naples, beaches and close by groceries and shopping. One of the two pools was a short walk and was very comfortable. The unit was very well appointed with everything you would need to feel like you are at home. The condo was clean when we arrived and the beds were very comfortable. Look forward to staying here again.

We spent the month of February at Carmen’s condo, near Mercato. This was our 2nd stay at the condo. The location was great with easy access to many great restaurants, downtown Naples, beaches and close by groceries and shopping. One of the two pools was a short walk, where we met some of the friendly neighbors. The unit was very well appointed with everything you would need to feel like you are at home. The condo was clean when we arrived and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed eating lunch on the lanai and the BBQ grill.

2022 Stay

This was our second year at this townhouse. As was last year, it was all we could ask for, fully stocked, plenty of room, responsive owner and property manager. The development has two swimming pools and both are impeccably maintained. The location is simply ideal in that it is very walkable to numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect Stay at Pelican Ridge

We just returned from an extended stay at this beautiful home in Pelican Ridge in Naples. Carmen, your home was perfect for us and truly was our home away from home. The location was great…lots of shops and restaurants nearby…in fact we walked to many of them. The Pelican Ridge development is perfectly maintained, the residents were all very friendly…(even to us snowbirds) and the two swimming pools were never crowded; perfect for a daily swim or just reading in one of the lounge chairs. The home is beautifully furnished, plenty of room, spotless when we arrived, lots of beach and pool towels, chairs, etc….a fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals…we couldn’t have asked for more. Our guests frequently told us how much they enjoyed the home and the facilities. Carmen and Lynda were always quick to respond to any questions or issues we may have had (there weren’t many). All of this simply made our stay here so very comfortable and enjoyable and we thank you for that. Joe & Claire

I am born and raised in Berlin, Germany. My father (from Michigan) was stationed in the late 60´s in West-Berlin as a GI in the US Army. He fell in love with my mother and they moved back and forth between Germany and the US. Since then they are still married and live in Berlin.
Florida has always been my piece of home away from home. I try to visit my family in Florida as often as possible. That's why I'm happy to always be able to call a retreat my own. It allows me a chance to spend some time down there when I don´t have a valued guest.

Why they chose this property

This property is in my opinion the best location in Naples. The location is not too touristic (downtown) and yet it is uniquely very close to excellent shopping, dining and entertainment - MERCATO.
In addition, you are on the Vanderbilt Beach in 8 minutes or just relax on the two community pools very close to House Meadowland.
