Single-storey apartment near town center and spa

Furnished T2 of 36m² very bright, comfortable, fully equipped, 4/5 people, in a private residence on the ground floor of the Résidence de l'Oise, with small terrace on the garden level.
Ranking 2024.
Very close to the city centre (100m), free parking nearby and unobstructed view of the village.
Composition of the apartment:
-large living room with equipped kitchen area, mini-oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer part, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player. A BZ for sleeping 2 people can be used. Fitted wardrobes.
-closed bedroom with double bed (new bedding)
-sleeping area with two single bunk beds with chest of drawers
-bathroom with bath and toilet.
-individual ski room and shared bicycle room.
-Winter season: free shuttles to get to the winter sports resort of Le Sancy 3kms.
-Other seasons: Thermal baths for cures at 150m, many shops, ice rink, bowling, cinema, many hiking trails around the Parc des Volcans, waterfalls, summer sleighs, tree climbing, Via Ferrata at the Capucins, caterpillar Capucin funicular, Lake Chambon and swimming at 18 kms, Parc Vulcania at 30kms and 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand. Beautiful market on Fridays in the summer season.
Only small dogs are accepted, only one per family and preferably for 3-week cures.
Prices: Weekdays: from €400 to €500 depending on the season
3-week cures: €800
Night: from €58 to €72 depending on the season (minimum of 3 nights)
