This resort style tropical paradise offers private Gulf beach access Right across the street in a family friendly low density area. Close to everything , but just far enough away to make your vacation even more relaxing. The property has access to both the beach and the Lagoon. Do you like to fish? We have 2 peirs to fish from. launch your boat, kayak, canoe and enjoy the calm waters of the lagoon. The beautiful pool and hot tub is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Want to keep active ? We've got you covered with tennis courts and shuffleboard, and of course you can always go for a run on the beach. After a long day at the beach enjoy your favorite beverage and meal on our Gulf front balcony. Like to eat in? Grills are available in the pool area. Our completely remodeled condo has everything you need to be able to make your stay more enjoyable, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time away from home. A queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area comfortably accomodates 4 guests. Free high speed secure internet service and smart TV in the living room. The kitchen features quart counter tops, SS appliances and bar seating. The Kitchen and bath are equipped with everything you need so just pack your bathing suit , beach towels and toys and come on down. We are available 24/7 during your stay and just a few miles away should you need anything. We will take care of you!
*Please note this is a non smoking unit and minimum age to rent is 25. 3 night miminimum stay Please note there is a one time $30 parking pass fee per vehicle, payable to the office on arrival for the length of your stay.

Nice 4 night stay with convenient and easy walk to the beach. Condo was fantastic, very well kept and maintained! Host was very responsive to any questions or needs we had throughout this much needed getaway from our hometown in St Peters, Mo. Would recommended this condo over the rest and the price was easily within our budget!

This place is great! We drove over 10 hours to stay here. It has very easy parking, no wait for elevators, quiet area but still close to great restaurants. The bay is stunning and pool is huge! We will def be back!

The condo was just as described. Clean and fit our needs perfectly. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and we enjoyed the pickleball court. Bring your own paddles and ball for that. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was quick to respond. It was fixed before we returned from the beach the same day we reported it. Highly recommend this place for a small family or couple getting away!

This our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. In fact since our last stay the shower has been remodeled and a new boardwalk to the beach. From start to finish everything was great! And Debbie really helped us when we needed to switch dates. And the view from the balcony, love the morning sunrises. When we return we will stay at this condo again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Gulf Shores. The property was adorable and our FAVORITE restaurant (The Beach House) was right down the road. Debbie was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

In October of 2006 My Husband and I found ourselves celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Beautiful Gulf Shores. Living in Austin TX at the time we had no idea Alabama has such beautiful beaches. We fell in love with the area and decided to make a lifestyle change. Within a year we were permenant residents. Soon after we purchased our 1st condo and have enjoyed sharing with others so much that we recently purchased this condo. We understand how busy life is and work hard to make your time off as enjoyable as possible. Be careful you just might fall in love with it down here too! Oh by the way if you have any questions about Real Estate in the area that is my field of expertise. I would love to share my knowledge with you, your family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We had always dreamed of owning a beach front residence and our dream came true. Now our daughter and grand children also live in the area.

What makes this property unique

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet club is a very unique property.
So many amenities your rarely find in a condominium complex at this value. I think it is the best little secret on the beach. You are so close to everything. Resteraunts, shopping and recreational activities, but removed from the crowds. This is a tropical paradise unlike any other.
