We had a great stay overall. The property was as described — clean, open, airy, and in a perfect location for a ski trip. We cooked several nights and appreciated that the kitchen had the basics. The home was tidy and generally well cared for. The dual vanities, grill, hot tub, and games were nice touches. For the price point, though, our expectations were a bit higher. There were a few cosmetic and functional issues — a broken kitchen door, missing hardware on the primary bathroom door that made privacy difficult, and limited toiletries (only on one side of the sink). In a dry climate, lotion would have been a thoughtful addition.Storage was also tight for a ski trip. With five guests and lots of gear, there wasn’t much space to hang items. The primary closet was small for luggage, and there was no pantry space for dry goods.Towel supply felt a bit limited. We did have a small dryer issue that was resolved quickly, which we appreciated. The hot tub appeared not to have been treated prior to arrival — by day two the water was cloudy and by day three it was bubbling. The technician responded quickly, but the slider door was left open and the front door was left ajar after the visit. One last note: when we reached out with questions, responses often included multiple VRBO policy references, which made it hard to find the actual answer. We loved the location and would consider staying again — it just felt hard to justify the premium price when the experience wasn’t quite
