Conveniently located right in the heart of Clearwater, our condo will sweep you into the relaxations and excitements of Clearwater Beach! Dine at one of the many world-renowned restaurants, enjoy a relaxing day at the beach, sunbathe poolside at the luxurious pool, or walk to the marina and take a boat tour to see dolfins or the sunset! Clearwater beach has the best sunsets that you can view right from the balcony of our condo.

Large living room with a direct view of the beach and Pier 60! Full kitchen with everything you need. Dining area with beach view. The master bedroom suite has a beach view from the king size bed! Wake up to this amazing view, with a walkout to the balcony overlooking Clearwater Beach. The master bedroom has a custom walk-in closet, full bathroom with 2 sinks, large soaking tub, standing shower, private toilet room, and storage.  The second bedroom has a queen bed with access to the balcony and an intercoastal view. It has a custom closet, TV, and fan.  There is a murphy bed in the living area that opens up to a queen bed and the bedding for this bed is located in the laundry closet. All linens, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided.

Why they chose this property

You can't beat this location! It is right on the beach of the softest sand you have ever felt. You can walk to so many restaurants and activities. The marina is less than a 5 minute walk away that offers many activities from boat tours of dolfins, sunsets, dining, etc. to parasailing, fishing, jet skis, etc. There is something for everyone! After a day of action, relax at our luxurious heated pool that overlooks the water or use our beach chairs to lounge on the life guarded beach. You can exit the condo and walk for miles on the beach. Want more than a walk, use our gym that was just renovated in Oct 2021. The clubhouse offers places to hangout, use buisiness center, or use the grills that are poolside.
