Quietly located 2.5 room apartment with small balcony

Very cozy apartment - fair apartment !.

2.5 rooms, 48 sqm, 1. Floor with balcony to the south side!

Very quiet location in a small side street and yet in central proximity to the A 40 motorway and the Essen-Steele S-Bahn! Messe Essen can be reached by public transport in just 20 minutes. In addition, the small Steeler City (reachable on foot in 5 minutes) with many small restaurants and quaint pubs offers a good opportunity to be pampered!

Furnishing:

The kitchen is fully equipped! Everything is there that is necessary for self-sufficiency. Coffee (Senseo) and tea are available free of charge. For an additional charge, we can also put together a breakfast for you.

The living room is very comfortably furnished. In summer you can relax on the small balcony on the south side. Of course there is a TV in the living room and a DVD player. Our highlight: with free WiFi!

The bedroom is very large and can accommodate 3 beds and is also equipped with a TV. Bed linen is included in the price. The bathroom was completely renovated in October 2011 and is now a modern shower room! Hand and bath towels are included in the price.

The apartment is covered with laminate and suitable for allergy sufferers! Final cleaning included!
