About this property

Holidays surrounded by the Spessart, right on Main

Our cozy and newly renovated apartment is on the edge of the Spessart in the idyllic village Hofstetten, a district of Three Rivers City Gemünden am Main.

Our fully equipped apartment offers on about 55 sqm a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, as well as provide a refrigerator with freezer, two bedrooms, the total can accommodate two to four people and a balcony where you can look directly at the Main Valley.

In addition, also provided for our youngest guests. In the kitchen you will find children's crockery and cutlery, as well as a tubercle for brushing teeth in the bathroom. A rollaway bed and a high chair can be provided to request gladly.

Because the apartment is at ground level, it can be easily reached without stairs.

Bike and hiking trails can be reached quickly and easily from our house and invite you to beautiful tours.

Awesome place, close towns with places of interest and spectacular hospitality

This is a fantastic place! Very clean, inviting, comfy and cozy and roomy vacation apt. And a balcony for extra relaxing time. Easy access and directions to find it. Personal touches were so sweet. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay whether long or short time. Also a Great view and peaceful. The towns near by have great food and areas to shop and walk. You will not be disappointed staying here. Anne was so helpful and there for any information we needed, from the early on booking to when we arrived. It was the first place of our stay and was just perfect for our travel needs and location. Thankyou so much !!

schöne FeWo in toller Lage

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung sauber vorgefunden. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, schlicht eingerichtet und hat Betten mit ordentlichen Matratzen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Der Spessart ist hier ein Wanderparadies, Lohr und Gemünden sind nicht weit entfernt.

Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren

Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. An kühleren Regentagen konnten wir auch die Heizung anstellen. Das war sehr angenehm. Die technische Ausstattung ist sehr gut.

Erholung im Spessart

Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, in Waldnähe. Viele Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Der Spessart ist empfehlenswert.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir fanden eine gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung vor. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Alles war vorhanden. Vielleicht könnte das Geschirr, was eigentlich ausreichend ist, etwas aufgestockt werden, um die Spülmaschine besser auszunutzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Im großen ganzen war es schön.

Wir sind angereist mit Hund. Leider war in der ganzen Wohnung kein Teppich oder Läufer, so dass unser kleiner Hund nur am rutschen war. Das Bad ist etwas klein und hat keine Schränke oder ähnliches zum einstellen der Hygieneartikel. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Optimal für Kinder.

Meine Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war leicht zu finden. Ein schönes und ruhiges Wohngebiet, trotz offener Fenster. Obwohl wir bei sehr warmen und drückenden Wetter angereist sind, war die Wohnung optimal gelüftet und angenehm. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit. 👍🙋‍♀️

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Lediglich das Bad ist ohne Heizung,dadurch ist es da ziemlich kalt beim Duschen. Deshalb bekommt die Ferienwohnung nur 4 Sterne. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert.

Ruhe pur

Wir haben ein paar Tage zum Jahreswechsel verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet alles für eine kleine Familie mit einem Kind. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht bei Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Solide Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ruhigen Hofstetten. Einem Wohnort in der Nähe von Gemünden. Eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsseltresor ganz unproblematisch. Die Wohnung 1Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohn-Küchenbereich und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Alles Modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. An den Wohnbereich grenzt ein Balkon. Der Balkon ist leider nicht gepflegt und trübt ein wenig den sonst sehr guten Eindruck. Deswegen bekommt die Ferienwohnung nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Von der Ferienwohnung aus lässt sich der Spessart gut entdecken. Der Ort liegt ein wenig Abseits der Orte und ist vom nächsten Städtchen Gemünden gute 2 km entfernt. Wer Ruhe liebt, genau das richtige!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtet Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine usw.). Nahe am Wald gelegen. Die Stadt Gemünden ist 3,5 km entfernt und kann man super zu Fuß entlang des Main erreichen. Der Gastgeber, Herr Haas war sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Silvesterurlaub

Von Außen unscheinbar,von innen sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sowie Mikrowelle, Toaster,Spülmaschine usw. schön großer Fernseher Räumlichkeiten sehr großzügig. Gutgeignet für bis zu 3 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wanderurlaub mit Hund

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt, ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung gelegen, es war an Geschirr, Spülmaschine etc alles vorhanden, Balkon mit Abendsonne, Vermieter sehr nett, eine Wiese und Wald für unseren Hund gleich gegenüber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gemünden (3km), viele Wandermöglickeiten in der näheren Umgebung, es waren erholsame 4 Tage

Super für einen Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und hat den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Gummibärchen gefreut. Sogar eine Flasche Wasser stand bereit. Ausreichend Handtücher in allen Größen vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen!!
