Great place in a quiet neighborhood

Overall loved the place, super easy check in and out procedures. Our host was super responsive to any needs we had. Plus we were in close proximity to our concert venue Bogart’s and all the stuff we wanted to do in town. Everyone loved the hot tub too!

The property was nice. It is obvious the owner worked hard to make the back of property usable for guests. There have been lots of updates on the interior as well. We had some trouble getting into the house wehn we arrived, but had ni further issues with that.

Very Enjoyable!

Property was as described. It was easy to find and we felt safe. There were directions to get in for in case the key pad did not work, which it did not. Easy breasy check in. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, MUCH appreciated. Enough room to spread out and relax after a great evening of sight seeing. Highly recommend this stay!

The place was not especially clean. The door lock was extremely finicky for getting in and out. The coffee pot did not have a lid, rendering the coffee maker useless. The location at times felt unsafe for 2 women staying alone. Nice to have a driveway for parking but the dead end street with parking on both sides still made it difficult to get the car turned around so we opted for Uber when leaving the house.

The house was cute and well-kept. There was room for 8 max, but better for 6. The off-street parking was nice. All amenities were provided and appreciated. Excellent communication up to the day of stay.

We had a great stay. Comfortable home with the perfect location to visit our kids who both attend UC. The off street parking was a major plus in Clifton where it seems like parking is hard to come by.
