Mario is an amazing host and we had a great time at his property. The outdoor spaces make this house and we loved having a pool for days we didn’t want to head to the beach!

Wonderful Beach House

The house and location were great for our family trip. The kids loved the pool and everyone enjoyed hanging outside on the front porch. The house has everything you need, just bring linens and towels. Mario is a wonderful host (very responsive and accommodating). Definitely a place we would stay again.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect!! Mario was amazing to work with! The property was in short walking distance to the beach and other local favorites!! Restaurants and activities for the whole family. In short, if you have the opportunity to stay in this home, our family gives a 110% recommendation!! We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to call Mario's incredible house HOME for the week. You WON'T be disappointed if you're looking at this property!!

Mario's home is wonderful. The location is superb, and the home is just right for a large family. Everything was as described, and even better in person than the pictures. We've stayed in over a dozen places in Wildwood over the past 20 years, and every member of our family said "this is the best house yet!" Mario is quick to respond to questions and had some great ideas for bad weather things to do with the kids. It couldn't have been a better visit.

Mario is a great host

Perfect beach house & location. Home has everything you need (just bring your linens and towels). Plenty of parking in gated driveway. Great options for outdoor seating - many areas to relax- covered porch and balconies including a fire pit. Enjoyed shooting hoops, floating in the pool. Mario is a super host- extremely responsive & accommodating. We had a wonderful time!

Great Location!

Perfect house for any size family! Located in walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants, breakfast spots, and even an ice cream parlor, you’ll be able to walk just about everywhere! The house itself has multiple spots to relax, including a covered porch, a large deck and two balconies. At night, you can enjoy an evening by the fire pit. Mario the owner was super nice and helpful! He provided lots of tips and was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Jersey Shore Family Reunion

It was exactly as described - a Victorian style shore house. My memories as a child in Wildwood included sitting on the front porches enjoying the sea breeze, rain or people walking by. My family flew in from California for a Jersey Shore vacation and this home was exactly what I was looking for as it reminded me of my childhood vacations. We had 5 adults and 5 children 4-10 years. We had plenty of room for everyone. The location was an easy walk 1 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. The kids enjoyed the above ground pool and adults were able to be nearby supervising. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The street still had jersey shore beach houses on it -very nice street. We enjoyed the outdoor frig for drinks and the outdoor shower.

The place itself was great. As described. A lot of room. Clean. The VCR did not work. Tons of movies. Couldn’t watch. Not end of the world. The host had some issues. Dropped in twice. Never had that before. Accused us of jumping off the roof. No idea where that came from. Said neighbors complained about us. Spoke to neighbors afterwards. Nothing like that was said by them. Was he trying to scare us?!? Tried to reach out to host after stay. Completely ghosted. No communication. Very odd. We paid in full right away. Left the place spotless. A very good amount of cleaning on our part. Lack of communication was very disappointing.

George lied when he choose to invite 30 guests. Neighbors complained about the noise and parting till after 4:30 am. They invited strangers to pay for there stay. This was verified when he could not identify out of state car that parked in my back yard 4 hours before check in time. They polluted the pool so bad it had to be drained , cleaned and filled. They broke the sliding door. All extea blankets were spread out around house so additional people could sleep on floors, sofa’s and chairs. George liked the house so much he texted me wanting to return again. I told him no because he lied about having about 20 guests instead of the 10 guests that were permitted.
