Only knock on this property is that there are 4 other cabins within a stones throw and the hot tub took almost 2 days to heat up (about half of our stay). The host was super great and very attentive to any needs and the cabin was sufficient for what our family needed. Good location within the state park.
Our family of four had a great time at the cabin! Everything was stocked well and instructions to use amenities were clear! One day we were stuck inside most of the day because of rain and we were able to keep our toddlers entertained!
A great space for a family trip! We had lots of space to hangout outside by the fire. The home met all of our needs and the neighborhood was peaceful. We were in close proximity to the state park and nearby things to do. Overall recommend this place for a getaway! Plus for small children.
Great stay in Broken Bow. The cozy cabin provided everything we needed. And it’s a perfect location making it easy to get everywhere for hiking, playing in the river, sitting by the lake, and enjoying the local restraints and shops. Rachelle is a great host!

Our stay was very pleasant. The cabin is beautiful and well maintained. It has everything you need and more. The property is close to restaurants, the lake, entertainment, trails. The communication with the owner is excellent, we had a great time and would highly recommend it.
Property is a perfect family getaway. Spacious enough to host a family for the holidays. We had a bonfire every night, with s’mores of course…family meals…game nights and movies. I used the hot tub every day. Just a great place to enjoy some relaxation time with our family for Thanksgiving!
Location was great! Communication with host was quick and amazing. Had some AC problems at check in and the host jumped on it super quick and had a crew there in no time!! It was perfect for our family of 5 and our one fur baby!! Will definitely book again!!
Communication with the host was excellent! Very fast responses and very helpful. The property was very clean, well stocked with necessities and perfect for my family vacation. The accommodations were very kid friendly! The location was ideal for all of our water/river excursions. I highly recommend this host/property!

ok
the stay was okay. There were issues with the house, and it didn't seem to be worth what they charge to stay. Inside was very nice, outside was not. the appliances, may or may not work properly. There were barely any supplies. If you do not like cheap bathroom supplies, I suggest in bringing your own. they seem to care more about the money they get, then the actual house they rent out.

I’m sorry you had issues with your stay. I wish that rather than waiting to address these issues after your stay, you would have reached out during your trip so we could have better met your expectations during your actual stay. You will see that the experience you’re sharing is in no way in line with the experiences shared by other guests on this platform as well as others. We did all we could to help you when you couldn’t figure out how to operate the smart lock on the front door or when you couldn’t properly operate the sink using the cabin info provided on site. We wish you the best and appreciate your feedback.
The cabin was conveniently located on 259A which gave us easy access to get to town or to go up to the mountains and the location was so quiet. There was a slight misunderstanding with the check in process but it was resolved quickly. The house is cozy and fit our family of 4 perfectly. I definitely recommend this cabin and would stay there again.
Great place for base of operations while trout fishing in Beavers Bend Park.
A nice place with a few quirks we got used to quickly. I would not recommend seniors sleeping upstairs (no bathroom up there). We had some equipment problems which Rachael did her best to correct ASAP.
My husband, three kids and I stay for the week and absolutely loved it! Location was great, just minutes from swimming and fishing in the lake. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunk beds upstairs to themselves. Definitely a great place for families with young kids!
It was great getting to host you during your time in Broken Bow.

We are full time real estate investors that fell in love with Beaver's Bend and Broken Bow when we'd visit in our RV. We decided to buy a cabin for our friends and family to enjoy and we rent it out to others while we're not in town. We hope you love our Vacay Chalet as much as we do!
