The property also boasts meeting and event space, making this the perfect location for whatever brings you to the area!

IF YOU COME WITH A CAR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY VALET PARKING AT THE RENTAL OFFICE
Starting July 1st 2022, the new Valet Parking rate of $25 will be applied to all the reservations made starting on Monday 6/6/2022. We will honor the $20 price on those reservations made up to Sunday 6/5/2022.

This 360sf Studio unit features:

- Coffee maker, Mini-fridge, microwave;
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- 24/7 Front desk and Security;
- Beachfront;

- Loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool;
- On-site restaurant and bar;

- Meeting and event space;
- Mini market;

- ATM/cash machine on site;
- Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 150 per pet, per stay, plus a one-time cleaning fee of USD 150.00


In the light of COVID-19 restrictions, some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Pool is open from sunrise to sunset;
- Outdoor Grill is open;
- Plunge Poolside Grill and Bar - Open daily 10:30 AM – 06:00 PM;
- TO GO bar is open (coffee shop at the lobby) 07:30 AM - 02:30 PM;
- Housekeeping is available for stays more than 7 days, but guests can request towels and change of sheet at the front desk;
- Fitness center - open daily;

Note: Ongoing renovations to the exterior from February 1st 2021 to February 1st, 2022.
The renovations should not have a direct impact on our guests.
